14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your first purchase, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it and you'll get your money back — no questions asked. This applies once per customer.

How to request a refund

Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or email [email protected] with the email address you used to buy. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, who issues the refund to your original payment method.

What happens when you're refunded

• Reports already delivered to you remain available in your account.
• Unused report and simulation credits from that purchase are removed.

After 14 days

After 14 days, purchases are not refundable, except where the law of your country gives you a right to a refund.

If something goes wrong

• If a report or simulation fails to generate, its credit is returned to you automatically.
• If a delivered report has a technical problem, contact us and we'll fix it or refund it.

Expiry

Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Expired credits are not refundable. If we ever permanently discontinue the service, we will refund the unused portion of credits that are still valid.
